Abstract

The 18 species accepted as valid for the genus Stelis from the islands of the Antilles, excluding Trinidad and Tobago, are described and illustrated. One new species, S. minima, is proposed, a neotype is selected for Stelis crassifolia, and a lectotype is selected for S. tippenhaueri.
