Abstract

Eutarsopolipus (Tarsopolipus) lagenaeformis (Berlese, 1911), type species for the genus Eutarsopolipus Berlese, 1913, is redescribed based on detailed observations of recently collected specimens from near the type locality in Italy and specimens from Algeria. Type specimens of E. lagenaeformis in the Berlese Collection, Florence, Italy, were reviewed by R.W.H.
