Abstract

The ex situ conservation of Leuenbergeria aureiflora (EN) and Pereskia bahiensis subsp. minensis (CR) (Cactaceae) by means of seed production for banking is described as an example of what can be achieved on a domestic scale, utilising plants of documented wild provenance.
