Abstract

Two in vitro batch culture experiments were conducted to obtain a total of 1811 paired data for headspace gas pressure (G_P; PSI) and volume (G_V; mL). Data were used to generate and evaluate an equation to estimate G_V from G_P under our laboratory conditions (G_V = 4.7047 G_P 0.0512 G_P²).
