Abstract

Aiming at the problem that conventional detection technology has a weak ability to track and identify targets, a new detection technology of void temperature field inside hot hull forgings is researched. Based on the radial basis function, using the technology, a void temperature field measurement model for the hot forgings inside the hull is established. The mathematical solution is used to set the temperature field detection limit conditions. By adjusting the tracking angle, the position of the abnormal heating node inside the hot forging is tracked to achieve accurate detection of the temperature field type. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional detection technology, the temperature field detection technology of the research has a stronger ability to track the target, and the test results obtained are more practical. It can be seen that the new temperature field detection technology can be applied to the detection of the void temperature field inside the hot hull forgings at this stage.
