In order to accurately analyze the need for financial support for the development of the port logistics industry under the financial crisis, a model for the need for financial support for the development of the port logistics industry under the financial crisis is proposed. Based on the determined sample set of port logistics behavior, select a port logistics behavior data source, dispatch and balance port logistics data, determine financial crisis parameters and parameter encoding, and implement model construction. According to the data regression calculation and evaluation parameter fitting, the port logistics capital demand analysis under the financial crisis is completed. The analysis found that while the financial system requires enterprises to improve their internal accounting mechanisms, the logistics industry should be encouraged to continuously innovate the internal operating mechanism of the enterprise. By reducing the inventory and material pressure, etc., it can speed up the company's capital turnover and reduce the cost of capital occupied, thereby improving the company's fund financial management level to enhance market competitiveness.
