As the country's economic development has gradually reached a higher level, the ecological environment and water resources environment have received the attention of the whole society. In addition to the pressure from rapid economic growth, population growth and other issues have also put some new pressure on the ecological environment, especially in remote rural areas. How to solve environmental problems is a key issue that urgently needs social attention. With the development of economic globalization, people began to pay attention to news from all over the world. At the same time, the attention and influence of the general public has become unprecedentedly strong. Therefore, in this era, the media can play a very important role in promoting and guiding, which is very important in solving rural environmental problems. In this case, a good news environment may bring a better water environment. On the basis of discussing the problems existing in rural water ecological environment management, this paper analyzes the responsibility of news in rural water environmental protection, discusses the improvement measures of rural water environment and the interaction and promotion of news media and rural water environment ecological protection.
