The 21st century is an era of scientific and technological progress. With the rapid development of science and technology, land resources are increasingly scarce. Marine resources have become an indispensable resource for growth, which has become the lifeblood of many economic powers, including the development of emerging strategic industries, expansion of living space, foreign trade channels, etc. Therefore, marine ecological civilization supports the development direction of human ecological civilization, which is an organic part of China's ecosystem. With the increasing proportion of marine economy in the gross domestic product, the marine economic management system needs to be improved, which will better serve the construction of ecological civilization. Through literature analysis and case study, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current marine economic management in China. Based on the information age, this paper proposes the construction of a marine information management platform and marine economic management platform, which can better manage and coordinate China's marine management and development. Through the integration of a variety of detection methods, various marine information can be integrated, which can better support the integrated management of the marine economy. Through data collection, data analysis, information release, and other functions, the development of the marine economy can be recorded and evaluated.
