Abstract

Zhang, R.-P. and Xie, J.-H., 2020. Planning and implementation of ventilation corridor in coastal cities based on the overall urban design. In: Qiu, Y.; Zhu, H., and Fang, X. (eds.), Current Advancements in Marine and Coastal Research for Technological and Sociological Applications. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 107, pp. 105-108. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.

With the continuous development of marine economy, the construction of coastal cities is also accelerating. However, coastal cities also face many environmental problems in the process of rapid development, such as heat island effect, air quality decline and so on. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the theoretical basis of the coastal city ventilation corridor design, then studies the theoretical basis of the coastal city ventilation corridor design, and finally gives the coastal city ventilation corridor construction design and planning implementation strategy.
