With the development and utilization of marine resources, the requirements for the integrated management of information and data of marine basin water environment are higher and higher, which makes the existing cross sector, single objective and discrete management form face severe challenges. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the general situation and demand of the research area of marine waters, then studies the design content and key technologies of the multi-objective and multi-department integrated management database of marine basins, and finally gives the design and implementation of the multi-objective and multi-department integrated management database of marine basins.
