The sustainable development of marine economy requires high-level regional marine economic management, especially financial support risk management, in order to continuously improve the scale and value of marine economy and promote the upgrading of marine industry. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the mechanism of financial support for regional marine economy, then studies the optimization of financial support for marine economy prediction, including the static and dynamic analysis of financial support for regional marine economy prediction, and finally gives the financial support and risk management strategy based on regional marine economy prediction.
