Maritime Silk Road first proposed by China is rich in energy storage, and it is also the growth point of developing energy finance, this paper concludes that Sichuan Province plays a leading role in our country's energy finance development, and that different places have dramatically diverse energy finance development. The energy industry is not coordinated with financial economy and the development of supporting industries. As determined by factor analysis method by building an assessment index of energy finance development, there exists a phenomenon of homogeneous competition. The gravitation model clearly shows the influence and competitiveness between different provinces and the advantages and disadvantages of each province in energy finance development, thus providing direction for future development.
