For the analysis of the effect of the above, the paper built an oligopolistic model in open economic system to explore the influence of coastal manufacturers' industrial concentration, the proportion of environmental pollution products exported, the import ratio, foreign manufacturers and the import tariff of environmental pollution products on coastal manufacturers' profit rate and the environment in the domestic market. The problems in the development of China's marine industry in terms of the industrial competition and the marine freight and financial services derived from it are discussed. This paper believe that it is necessary to evaluate high-end marine industries, such as marine equipment manufacturing, and other forward-looking industries, and give priority to financial credit to promote industrial development.
