The international cruise industry has the characteristics of international integration. This kind of integration is not only reflected in the internationalization of the staff, but also in the diversified source of tourists. As practitioners, they must adapt to the cultural diversity and aggregation. Cultural adaptability and language competence are inherently inseparable. Therefore, the integration of the two is necessary to solve the problem of poor employment quality due to lack of cultural adaptability of the personnel. The article explores the integration mechanism of the two and conducts related case analysis in order that the enhancement of the employment quality of international cruise industry would be achieved.
