The 21st century is the marine era. The strategy of building a strong marine country has become an important engine of China's marine economic development, which requires us to protect and reasonably develop marine resources, especially the exploitation of marine oil. With the large-scale development of offshore oil, marine environmental pollution is also increasing, which requires us to deepen the protection of marine resources and environment. Oil drilling enterprises are important producers of environmental pollution, which requires us to evaluate their environmental performance comprehensively. Firstly, this paper analyzes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of environmental management performance. Then, this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of environmental performance of offshore oil drilling. Finally, some suggestions are put forward. By protecting the marine environment, we can improve the marine environment monitoring mechanism, which will form a good atmosphere for protecting the marine environment.
