The rapid development of wireless communication technology has allowed more people in the communication industry to pay attention, and they have also invested a lot of resources to conduct research. Frequency is the most precious and important communication resource in wireless communication. How to make better and efficient use of frequency resources is an important problem facing 5G communication. The cross-sea communication and computing resource allocation algorithm proposed in this paper can be used when the system structure is too complex, used to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Experiments show that the performance of the two allocation algorithms is very close, and much higher than the random allocation algorithm.
