With the increasingly fierce market-oriented competition of marine engineering projects, the existing project plan management mode of ship enterprises is facing more and more severe challenges. It is urgent to reform and innovate to adapt to the changes of the new market. Based on this, this paper first studies the construction of marine engineering project plan management mode of ship enterprise, then analyzes the progress control of marine engineering project management of ship enterprise, and finally gives the strategy of plan management mode in marine engineering project of ship enterprise.
