With the rapid economic development after China's reform and opening up, the internal position competitiveness of Marine enterprises is getting stronger and stronger. How to correctly and reasonably manage the core competitiveness and internal staff of Marine enterprises has become a difficult problem in human resource management of Marine enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics of zero-sum game in traditional models are analyzed and studied, and the health of ecosystems is used to evaluate the competitiveness of species and the advantages of harmonious coexistence, so as to evaluate Marine enterprises and employees. Based on the evaluation of Marine enterprises and employees, the evaluation model is established through the ecosystem.
