In order to improve the stability of double-layer angular contact ball bearing control of ship shafting, a speed distribution ratio control method of double-layer angular contact ball bearing of ship shafting based on steady-state tracking and identification is proposed. The dynamic model of elastic linkage mechanism of double-layer angular contact ball bearing of ship shafting is constructed, and the parameter identification of elastic linkage mechanism of double-layer angular contact ball bearing of ship shafting is carried out under the given acceleration constraint. In the motion plane of ship shafting double layer bearing, the standard Kalman filter model is used to fuse the speed distribution parameters. According to the speed distribution state of ship shafting double layer angular contact ball bearing, the parameters are adjusted adaptively, and the proportional differential control model is used to control the speed distribution ratio of ship shafting double layer bearing. The multi-step iterative method is used to realize the automatic speed distribution and inertia parameter adjustment of the double-layer angular contact ball bearing of the ship shafting, and the control accuracy of the speed distribution ratio of the double-layer bearing of the ship shafting is improved. The 7210c bearing model made in China is used as the experimental object. The simulation results show that the speed distribution ratio control of the ship shafting double-layer angular contact ball bearing is more accurate, the error compensation control ability is good, and the robustness and robustness of the method are better.
