In the course of the development of the ship industry, the wide application of the electromechanical equipment of the ship and the improvement of the technical level have a very important contribution to the development of the whole ship industry, and the method for optimizing the preventive maintenance period of the electromechanical equipment of the ship is researched. The quantification of the maintenance period is a very important management in the ship management. The optimization model of the preventive maintenance period of the ship electromechanical equipment based on the MRO system is proposed. Analyzing the evaluation index of the state of the electromechanical equipment of the ship, constructing a large data model of the preventive maintenance period index of the ship electromechanical equipment, carrying out preventive maintenance period decision of the ship electromechanical equipment by adopting a large-data attribute classification method, and constructing a fuzzy decision function, the pre-whitening and matching detection is carried out in combination with the rules of the preventive maintenance cycle evaluation data of the ship electromechanical equipment, and the detection data of the preventive maintenance period of the detected ship electromechanical equipment is subjected to fuzzy clustering processing. In that MRO system, the feature extraction of the preventive maintenance period evaluation data of the ship electromechanical equipment is realized, and the maximum entropy analysis is carried out according to the feature extraction result to realize the estimation and optimization of the preventive maintenance period of the ship electromechanical equipment. The simulation results show that the method has the advantages of high accuracy, high reliability and high confidence level of the preventive maintenance period of the mechatronic equipment.
