The allocation of emergency material is an important support and guarantee for the emergency management of Marine transit. When accident happens in the marine transit system operated through network, the spread effect is more obviously, which requires quick and effective response. Therefore, the scientific and reasonable allocation of emergency material is crucial. Based on the analysis of the current allocation of emergency material, this paper determines the evaluation index of allocating emergency material, establishes an evaluation model by using the DEA method, and applies it in the practical case with good results.
