Ocean logistics is one of the main ways of long-distance transportation, and the reform of the development mode of ocean logistics companies is of great social significance for the development of the shipping industry. In order to construct a new development mode for ocean logistics companies, this paper summarized and analyzed the ocean logistics modes. Based on the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE), it established a fuzzy evaluation matrix for the cooperative operation of ocean logistics companies, and comprehensively compared and evaluated the management of ocean logistics and its collaborative development. The research results showed that the established fuzzy comprehensive model performed fuzzy transform on the data of the collaborative development of ocean logistics companies, and thereby obtained a cooperation mode suitable for the collaborative development of ocean logistics companies. The collaborative development mode based on virtual logistics companies and the collaborative development model based on joint operations are most suitable for the development of ocean logistics companies. The theoretical and technical research of this paper provided a new collaborative development mode for ocean logistics companies, and laid a theoretical basis for the development of logistics systems to a certain extent.
