In the cost calculation process during research of multimodal transport cost model bases on a virtual transport network, a variety of influencing factors in a dynamic alliance should be considered. The optimization model on the basis of minimum cost and minimum time can be constructed and combined with the effect of the multimodal transport costs of a dynamic alliance into the fuzzy cost model. On this basis, this study made a comprehensive analysis of multimodal transport costs. According to the costs, multimodal transport operators can choose and form a dynamic alliance.
