Abstract

This Steward's Circle Note presents a review of the available information about and a preliminary description of the River Fork Ranch thermal wetland in Douglas County, northwestern Nevada, with an outline of future studies we hope to accomplish. The wetland is a component of the River Fork Ranch, a middle Carson River restoration and management project of The Nature Conservancy.
