Based on Kirkpatrick's four-level model ,combined with the principle of index selection and the characteristics of migrant workers coastal cities, the paper initially establishes the evaluation index of training effect on the four levels of reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer. Using the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive to evaluate the training effect of migrant workers along Yangtze River valley. Finally, the paper put forward the way to improve the training effectiveness of migrant workers along Yangtze River valley.
