In the cooperative behavior of a maritime enterprise, the establishment of a long-term cooperative partnership between service integrator and service provider helps to reduce trust cost and gain long-term benefits, but to pursue personal gains, service providers are not excluded from taking opportunistic actions and undermining long-term cooperation. Therefore, the service integrator needs to adopt certain management measures to restrain the opportunistic behavior of service providers. This study uses evolutionary game theory to build a model, taking one service integrator and two service providers as research objects, and analyzes the path of its evolutionary game. The results show that the service integrator needs to adopt incentives, rewards, and punishments so that all parties can achieve better service value through cooperation.
