Abstract

Under the plenary power the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature has ruled to maintain current usage of the names Touit G.R. Gray, 1855 and Prosopeia Bonaparte, 1854 through the suppression of the earlier but little-used, taxonomically ambiguous name Pyrrhulopsis Reichenbach, 1850.
