The Museum's mission is to manage, enhance and protect its collections , true archives of biodiversity. It is also a place of scientific research , since it carries out faunistic inventories, taxonomic works and systematic, essential to be able to propose measures of safeguarding the natural inheritance. Finally, the Museum disseminates knowledge and raises public awareness of the importance of natural heritage and its protection.
