Echeveria cuspidata Rose var cuspidata (Crassulaceae) is a saxicolous succulent native to northern Mexico, including the states of Coahuila and Tamaulipas. In several studied populations there is some variation in the size of leaves and corolla. Two new varieties are described here: E. cuspidata var zaragozae Kimn., from near Zaragoza, Nuevo León, with smaller, more oblanceolate, bluish-green leaves, and var gemmula Kimn., from Nuevo León and Querétaro, with much narrower, white to pinkish leaves.
