Abstract

An overview of the lichen type collection at the Duke University Herbarium (DUKE) is presented, including a list of holotypes of species described by lichenologists affiliated with Duke, as well as types from the Harmand Herbarium collection at Duke. Online access to lichen type specimen data is available via the Duke University Herbarium website( http://www.biology.duke.edu/herbarium/lichen.html).
