Based on the analysis of water movement law, this paper studies the development mode of urban sports circle and the spatial layout of sports resources, and puts forward the development principles and planning framework of sports circle on the basis of comprehensive consideration of several important factors affecting the development of urban sports circle. The purpose is to provide some reference for the layout of urban sports venues, urban and rural sports facilities planning and urban sports planning.
