Currently, with the development of the socialist economy, the marine tourism industry is booming and has made extraordinary contributions to the growth of the national economy. In this context, marine tourism has emerged as the times require. As one of the three mainstream forms of tourism, it has a broad prospect and great potential for development. However, in the trend of tourism industry integration, the disadvantages of the marine tourism management system are constantly highlighted, which further restricted the development of marine tourism. From the perspective of industry integration, the existing problems in the marine tourism management system are analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the principles and concepts to be followed in the reform and innovation of the marine tourism management system, countermeasures on improve the marine tourism management system are proposed for reference.
